Rupert French - reflexologist (foot & face)
Rupert is a qualified reflexologist, specialising in both Foot and Face Reflexology. He also holds a diploma in Nutrition. Rupert has studied a number of different reflexology techniques, which he combines to suit the individual needs of his clients and maximise the effectiveness of the treatments.
His research led him to Face Reflexology, a new generation complimentary therapy that draws on many influences; it is wonderfully relaxing and helps to alleviate a wide range of stress-related conditions. Combining feeling good with looking good, it stimulates the nerve muscles and tissues of the face, which results in a softer glowing complexion. Rupert also offers a Japanese Facial Lifting treatment, which is designed to help rejuvenate the face and can be experienced as a one-off or a course of treatments. Rupert is a member of the Association Of Reflexologists - AOR.
Anne-Sophie Morel (acupuncturist/chinese medicine practioner)
After a successful career in medical research, Anne-Sophie retrained as an Acupuncturist and Tui Na therapeutic massage therapist in London and in China. She now integrates her knowledge of Western and Chinese Medicine to better understand how to best help the body heal itself. Anne-Sophie provides tailored treatment combining acupuncture, Tuina massage, energy work and nutritional advice according to your own specific needs, to give a caring supportive and effective treatment, and restore your natural balance and vitality.
Although Acupuncture has been in the papers for its effectiveness in helping with fertility and back ache problems, it is also very effective in treating a wide variety of emotional and physical ailments. Tui Na follows the same principles as Acupuncture, using various massage and stretching techniques. As a member of the British Acupuncture Council, she practices in line with their code of ethics.
Hasmira Yadev (colonic hydrotherapist/medical herbalist)
Hasmira yadev is a Medical Herbalist and a registered member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH). She has also been practising Colonic hydrotherapy for over 6 years with the Institute of Professional Colon Hydrotherapy (IPCH).
Hasmira's main focus of treatment is through Colonic hydrotherapy, supplementing with herbs and changing one's diet. She evaluates through case history analysis and clinical assessment followed by a Colonic session which incorporates the use of deep abdominal massage, reflexology, breathing techniques, bespoke herbal mixtures, coffee, or a probiotic implant. Hasmira passionately assists her clients in making the changes necessary to reach and maintain optimal health and well being and is fiercely committed to improving the health of everyone she sees through her expertise.
Caitlin Campbell (colonic hydrotherapist)
Caitlin Campbell is a certified colonic hydrotherapist with a passion for nutrition, fitness, and natural health care. She comes to the team after running her own practice in Nottingham and studying at the Institute of Professional Colon Hydrotherapy (IPCH).
Previous to her therapy work, Caitlin spent several years as a specialty vegan chef. One of her main passions is creating foods that support the detoxification of the body. Caitlin has expertise in coaching clients through detox programs, advising people over a range of health issues including constipation, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, candida, and parasites, and facilitating diagnostic testing. A treatment with Caitlin is always tailored to an individual's needs, and many tools are implemented such as acupressure massage and herbal infusions of the colonic water.
Caitlin is passionate about diet and lifestyle changes that support our bodies naturally, and as a result she is very committed to helping her clients understand the initial cleanse of a colonic, as well as the important dietary and lifestyle aspects of the natural cleansing process.
Kaori Murphy (colonic hydrotherapist/nutritional therapist)
Kaori Murphy is a Colon Hydrotherapist who trained under Dr. Milo Siewert and Roger Groos at the European School of Colon Hydrotherapy in 2005 and she is a member of the Association and Register of Colon Hydro-therapists (ARCH) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
She is also a Nutritional Therapist and has a master’s degree in Nutritional therapy. She is a registered member of British Association for Applied Nutritional & Nutritional Therapy (BANT). Her in-depth knowledge and experience in using food, nutritional supplements and diagnostic laboratory testing, can help to restore the client’s optimum health and wellbeing.
Kaori’s focus is to understand that each client is different and requires different approach to colonic treatment as well as lifestyle and dietary changes. Herbal implants and coffee can be used during the colonic session in specific cases with optional abdominal massage to enhance effectiveness of the treatment.
Charlotte Jamieson (spa therapist/colonic hydrotherapist)
After a career in care and training, Charlotte decided to move into the holistic and beauty industry after seeing the calming and healing effects massage had on patients she worked with. Charlotte is a CIDESCO qualified therapist with experience in London’s 5* hotels and high profile clientele. Since working at hydrohealing, Charlotte has built up a strong clientele through her holistic attitude and Northern charm.
Her Strengths are the Universal Contour Wrap, hydrodermabrasion, hydrofirm - "deep tissue" massage and hydroblitz. She is also qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage and a Colonic Hydrotherapy practitioner.
Hannah Fountain (Spa therapist)
Hannah is a fully qualified massage and beauty therapist with addtional Diplomas in Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage and Hot Stone Therapy. Her Specialties include Holistic Massage, Deep Tissue, Facial and Mother-To-Be treatments. Hannah has been a body and facial therapist for 7 years. She has worked in country side spa resorts and maternity specific clinics. Further specialising in massage therapies and mother-to-be treatments including hydrohealings' mum - to-be maternity treatments. Hannah takes pride in treating every individual specific to their needs, working intuitively with the body.
She realises every person is different and adapts her skills and techniques according to each treatment.
Client care is a high priority and she likes to leave each individual feeling incredibly relaxed in body and mind. The informed right treatments, lifestyle choices and products are found encouraging during and post treatments. Her strengths are hydrocushion massage, hydrofirm "deep tissue" massage and mum - to-be maternity treatments.
Imogen Lyddon (spa therapist/reflexologist/aromatherapist)
Imogen has been in the Spa industry for 7 years; working inspas in the South West of England. Imogen has achieved a first class BSc degree in Complementary Health Sciences. She specialises in Aromatherapy and Reflexology although still thoroughly enjoys the original beauty treatments ranging from waxing to facials.
Imogen is committed to assisting clients with all different types of ailments by designing individually tailored treatment programmes, treating the whole person. Imogen is credited by The Association of Reflexology (AOR) and The Aromatherapy and Allied Practitioners Association (AAPA).
