Far from being unpleasant, colonic hydrotherapy leaves you feeling clean and revitalised.

  • boost immune and circulatory functions
  • intensifies mental clarity
  • uplifts energy levels (reduce fatigue)
  • reduces occurrences of migraines/headaches
  • helps improves various skin conditions, for example dry skin and acne.

Indications

Colonic hydrotherapy/colonic irrigation is an ideal treatment for treating a 'low fibre, high carb' toxic overload, plus a wide range of other digestive ailments and symptomatic discomforts as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), constipation and flatulence (bloating).

Procedure

A colonic treatment consists of warm purified water being gently and painlessly introduced into the colon (large intestine) through a small tube in the back passage. Faecal matter and hardened mucus is released along with gas and any debris. Colonic irrigation at hydrohealing also involves a gentle abdominal massage. Three colonic treatments are a minimum recommendation for maximum benefits.
