• Option 1 - foot reflexology (£65.00 for 60 mins) - Reflexology is one of the most beneficial non-invasive treatments for a wide variety of stress-related conditions, from migraines and insomnia to digestive discomfort. The principle behind reflexology is that certain trigger-points on the feet relate to the proper functioning of individual organs and that by stimulating the right areas with the correct pressure, the nervous system responds positively and direct internal benefits can be felt.

• Option 2 - hydrodermabrasion bespoke facial (£80.00 for 60 mins) -  A hydrodermabrasion facial treatment rapidly releases tiny droplets of water onto the skin’s surface, effortlessly removing any undesirable layers, while a high air pressure jet infuses oxygen. The circulation around the skin is vastly improved in an instant.The humidity created during the therapy creates ideal conditions for toning skin structure and deeply moisturising the surface. This powerful treatment is particularly effective at treating fine lines and wrinkles as well as a variety of other skin-related conditions from acne and stretch marks to hair loss and tired eyes. 

• Option 3 - deluxe pedicure (£45.00 for 60 mins) - Soothing soak, exfoliation & buffing of the soles, nail shaping & cuticle detailing.  Followed by a fruit enzyme callus softener and mask.   We then finish with a lower leg & foot massage & polish application of choice.
