Security
- To order from this website, it is required that you set up an account with us. This can be done by following the instructions on our website. You must be over 18 years of age. - When you register an account with us online you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your account. Payment
- We reserve the right to suspend the dispatch of any service gift vouchers or products if we are refused authority from your card issuer for payment or we reasonably believe that payment will be refused. You are obliged to compensate us in full against any and all reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonably legal costs) that we may incur in obtaining payments due from you.
- If you are aware that a payment has been rejected by your bank you must contact us to arrange payment and wait for that payment to go through before you can make orders.
- We do not accept payments by cheque.
- All payments must be placed in advance.
- Please note that we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
- We accept all major forms of credit and debit card payments including American Express.
- Please note that if there is any variation in invoice totals we will advise of the reason and the difference before shipping to obtain your agreement.
Orders & Back Orders
- There is no minimum order value. We accept all orders, no matter how large or small.
- From time we may not be able to process your order. If so, we will manually back order products for you. No payment will be taken for products or services not delivered or arranged, respectively. Once the products have come back in stock we will notify you to continue with placing an order.
- Orders will only be processed and delivered to UK mainland and only certain international destinations.
Cancellations
- All cancellations for any orders must be done within two hours of placing an order via email to orders@hydrohealing.com or calling us on 02077272570.
- Cancellation for any products orders cannot be accepted once an order has been sent. A refund less administration might be available on discretion once we have received the products back. You must send the product(s) back unpacked and unopened at your own cost and risks. We request that the order to be sent back with 72 hours upon receiving it to the address - 'hydrohealing ltd, 216a Kensington Park Road, London, W11 1NR' with a note asking for a refund and reasons why.
Delivery
- Relating to our products, we will make deliveries to only UK mainland and only certain International destinations. If it destination is international, a member of the team will contact you to discuss further. Normal delivery charges will apply based on destination at the time of processing the order.
- All product orders will be delivered to the address stated on your account. If you fail to receive the product within 5 days of placing the order then please email us at orders@hydrohealing.com. Refer to the Delivery section on the website for more information relating to the purchase of gift vouchers.
Availability of the website
- Although hydrohealing.com aims to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that our website services will meet your requirements and we cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs with the service, please report it to us as soon as possible using the contact details on our website and we will correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
- Your access to the website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will restore the service as soon as we can. In the even that our website is unavailable, our usual order and cancellation deadlines apply.

- While we try to ensure that material included on the website or any other material is correct, we cannot accept responsibility if, despite our endeavours, this is not the case.
