• Option 3 - aromatherapy massage (£75.00 for 90 mins) - After a thorough consultation our in-house aromatherapist will make an essential oil blend especially to your needs and concerns. Aromatherapy massage is incredibly holistic, healing and relaxing working on pressure points and nerve endings.  Aromatherapy can be used to treat a wide variety of ailments including nervous system conditions, hormonal imbalances and migraines.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) has a powerful cleansing, relaxing, pain relieving and immunological effects. In it's manual form, it is a gentle rhymic massage. MLD techniques facilitate the removal of excess water, metabolic wastes, toxins, bacteria and foreign substances from tissue via the interstitial lymph vessels and venous capillaries.

MLD relaxes the the nervous system, reduces pain, and enhances the activity of the immune system. It is effective in the treatment of a wide variety of problems including oedema, skin disorders, headache, sinus congestion, sprains and aches, stress and digestive disorders.

MLD is extremely gentle and feels wonderful and relaxing. The majority of clients either fall asleep or go into a highly relaxed state, due to the slow, gentle rhythmic motions involved, which stimulate the movement of lymph through the lymph vessels.
